Managing Director
Sam has been in the insulation industry since 2008. Starting his career as an installer, Sam has experience in multiple system designs and holds NVQ qualifications in cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and cavity clearances.
Sam decided to start Dampsolve Southwest in 2017 offering his skillset as a contractor. Sam was the first in the UK to achieve the NVQ award in Cavity Clearances alongside Operations Manager, Adam Buckley.
Lead Technician (Installs)
Lee joins us for 2026 after many years experience for another company. Sam and Adam first worked alongside Lee in 2008 so it's great to have him join the team.
Lee is the lead installer for Thermabead insulation
Director
Lauren joined Sam in the family business in 2019 offering her help in organising bookings and keeping the finances in order.
After many years in the care industry, Lauren uses her communication skills and empathy to help make appointments as straight forward as possible.
Lead Technician
Zac joined Dampsolve Southwest in 2021 as a trainee technician carrying out cavity clearence. Zac previously worked in plant hire.
Zac has gained a NVQ in loft insulation and is aiming to complete further qualifications. In 2024 Zac was promoted to Lead Technician and now runs one of our extraction teams. Zac is also an approved installer for Thermabead.
Operations Manager
Adam has been in the insulation industry since 2007 and with Dampsolve Southwest since 2019. Adam also has experience in multiple system designs and holds NVQ qualifications in cavity wall insulation, loft insulation and cavity clearances.
Adam currently oversees the installation teams in both extraction and installation
Technician
Pete joins us for 2026 looking for a new role. Pete comes from a manufacturing background and is keen to use his skills to learn a new trade. Pete joins us on our extraction team.
Lead Technician
Jason joined the team in 2022 as a trainee technician carrying out cavity clearance. Jason has experience in damp and condensation treatments and before that a long service with the British Army.
In 2024 Jason was promoted to lead technician and runs one of our extraction teams. Jason is also an approved installer for Thermabead.
Technician
Sean joined Dampsolve in 2024 after previous experience in damp and condensation treatments and management roles. Sean is part of our extraction team carrying out Cavity Clearances.
Dampsolve joins the IAA as part of their ATP, CWISC and Trustmark schemes.
